Return Policy

Prior authorization required for all returns. No items will be accepted for return without an approved RMA
Newton Distributing has the right to reject any returns without a valid RMA or after the 30-day return period
Items must be inspected and Newton Distributing must be notified of any issues within 48 hours of receiving in order to qualify for return
Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days for a refund; restocking fees will apply
If you need to return your items for any reason, please contact your sales rep to get an RMA
Once the RMA is received from your sales rep, please pack authorized items with RMA form in the box
Items must be shipped within 15 days of the date the RMA was issued in order to receive a refund
Please allow 3 weeks for shipping and processing of return
Once our warehouse has received the items and inspected to ensure they are in good condition, your refund will be processed
